The location! It was a verweak.y short walk to all the sights in downtown Helen.
The Wi-fi signal was very weak.

Great place for exploring Helen. Budget hotel with polite staff. Favourable location very close to bars as well as the center of town, could not be better. Also, to all the stores.

everything looks good. it features brand-new rooms with a king bedroom and pull out sofa, for instance.
Even though the staff we met were very rude, loved the hotel.

It was close to everything. Day clerk was very pleasent.
Need up dating had to ask for towels/soap no micro-wave cups leaked.

A Pleasant Surprise in a Quaint Town
Checked in late and found the front desk staff friendly, a relief. The hotel was surprisingly clean with comfortable beds. Enjoyed exploring the charming town nearby. Recommend requesting a room away from the highway for a quieter experience.

A good stay with superb staff
I had a enjoyable experience . The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast area was clean and had a wonderful aroma that set the day off right. The room could have used a little more thorough cleaning.

Had a blast with my friends! We loved the easy access to the local hiking trails and the nearby waterfalls. The staff was super friendly. Tip, Make sure to check the pool's condition before diving in!
We had a frustrating moment when our room was filled with smoke and the owner wouldn't help us. Pretty poor response to a tough situation.
